Location : Reading, PA (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite per week)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Developer Services Lead to drive an enterprise-wide API and microservices strategy across the organization. This role will focus on designing, developing, governing, and evangelizing APIs and microservices in a large-scale enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead enterprise-wide API and microservices initiatives
• Design, develop, and govern RESTful APIs
• Collaborate with multiple development teams
• Own API lifecycle management and governance
• Provide microservices architecture guidance
• Conduct training, workshops, and developer advocacy
• Publish documentation, standards, and technical bulletins
• Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines
• Support Kubernetes-based microservices deployments
Required Skills &Qualifications
• 10 12 years of enterprise software development experience
• Strong microservices and REST API design expertise
• Java ( Spring Boot ) and/ or Python
• Experience with API gateways
• Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred Skills
• Google Apigee experience
• Other API management platforms (Kong, MuleSoft, AWS, Azure)
• Kubernetes and DevOps pipeline experience
