Role Description
The Financial Eligibility Coordinator is a full-time hybrid role based in Reading, PA, with flexibility for some remote work. This position involves evaluating and verifying financial eligibility for patients, coordinating necessary documentation, and ensuring accurate reporting of financial data. The role also includes maintaining compliance with regulations, analyzing financial records, and assisting with budget preparation and tracking. The Financial Eligibility Coordinator will communicate with patients to address financial concerns and provide guidance on available resources.
Qualifications
• Proven Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate data and identify trends
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Budgeting principles
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Accounting practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools
• Experience in healthcare financial eligibility is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
