Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a PC Board Lead opening! This temp to hire opportunity offers full time hours on 1st shift – 7:30a-4p, Mon-Fri. Pay is $25.00/hr.
Responsibilities:
• Insert and solder electronic components on electronic circuit boards
• Complete various assemblies in compliance with IPC standards and drawings located in the production folder
• Train and mentor new employees hired in the department
• Delegate tasks to coworkers as instructed by the supervisor
Candidates for this role must strong attention to detail. Candidates must have prior soldering experience. Prior experience reading assembly drawings and work instructions.
