Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join Access Capital Lending Group on a contractual and remote basis. As a Salesperson, your day-to-day activities will include assessing client financial needs, identifying suitable funding options, guiding clients through the lending process, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will play a crucial role in helping businesses and individuals achieve their financial objectives by delivering customized solutions and expert advice every step of the way.
Qualifications
• Experience in sales, client relationship management, or customer success in the financial services sector
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in financial planning, assessing client needs, and structuring funding solutions
• Ability to analyze client goals and align them with suitable financial products and services
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and deliver results in a remote, goal-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in lending or financial consulting is a plus
