Role Description
This full-time remote role involves delivering evidence-based behavior analytic services to clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans, supervising staff, monitoring client progress, and training caregivers. Collaboration with families and team members to support treatment outcomes is an essential aspect of the role.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices
• Experience in Behavior Management and implementing effective interventions
• Strong skills in Parent Education and collaborating with families
• Background knowledge in Psychology and understanding of developmental disorders
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in delivering remote services, a plus
