Full job description
Growing manufacturing company in the Berks/Lehigh Valley area is seeking a full-time Accountant to join their team.
We are located in Bally, PA. Our culture fosters an environment focused on providing our customers with great products and exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
Supports and assists Accounting Manager with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, bank duties, and tasks including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
· Reviews AR aging and follows up with customers on past due invoices and debit memos.
· Reviews AP aging and assists in preparing AP weekly payments.
· Preparation and entry of AR invoices
· Assist in GL entries as needed.
· Supports in monthly, quarterly and annual closing preparation and reports.
· Prepares monthly and quarterly commissions
· Daily bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasting
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with 1-5 years experience in Accounting
