Job Summary
An emerging leader in industrial and commercial construction services is expanding and looking for an experienced commercial sales executive for the Mid-Atlantic region. This is a hybrid role, and candidates must live in the eastern or central Pennsylvania region. Candidates must have 3 or more years of stable and successful B2B sales experience selling building envelope products, construction-related building materials or services, or commercial roofing products or B2B sales into commercial construction / industrial environments. Experience selling consultative, project-based or specification-influenced solutions is highly preferred. Candidates should have a demonstrated track record of revenue generation, comfort working with facility managers, contractors, and project stakeholders, and the ability to operate independently. This role offers a competitive base salary starting at $75,000 , with flexibility up to $125,000 for exceptional, highly experienced candidates , plus an uncapped commission structure. Depending on experience level, the projected earning in the first year be $90K to $150K in the first year.
