Responsibilities Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets through effective coaching and support. Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the branch’s market and customer base. Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies. Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports for senior management. Coordinate with marketing teams to promote products/services and increase brand visibility. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in customer service and sales techniques. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, with a strong understanding of customer service principles. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing or supervising a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members. Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.
