What You Will Do: Key Responsibilities As the Front Desk Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our patient experience and front-office operations. Your duties will include: Front Desk & Patient Management: * Supervise a team of up to nine Front Desk Staff, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to standards. * Oversee all patient scheduling to maintain an efficient flow for all diagnostic services. * Manage staff punctuality, attitude, and courtesy to uphold our reputation for being the most friendly center in Tampa Bay. * Ensure all patient charts and records are updated accurately and properly maintained. * Act as a primary communicator with patients, ensuring they are well-accommodated, informed, and feel that their concerns are a priority. Operational & Clinic Management Support: * Collaborate closely with our Technologists (MRI, CT Scan, Ultrasound, Mammography, Bone Density, and X-Ray) to monitor and optimize their patient-management time and workflow efficiency. * Maintain strong, simple working relationships with referring physicians in the Tampa Bay area, paying close attention to their specific requests for their patients.
