Pines of Sarasota is currently seeking accomplished candidates to fill the position of Toddler Teacher Assistant in our childcare center. As a valuable member of our team, the Toddler Teacher Assistant will report directly to the Childcare Director. This role involves meticulously planning and leading activities tailored to meet the care and developmental needs of children. Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30 pm High school diploma or equivalent, coupled with one year of formal education or training in early childhood education. Minimum of six months of experience in an early childhood setting. Completion of a 40-hour state/county childcare training course and 5 hours of literacy training. Must possess a character of "good moral character" as defined by the Florida Department of Children and Families. Certification in first aid and CPR is essential.
