Are you experienced in medical billing, healthcare reimbursement, Medicare/Medicaid billing, Managed Care billing, or revenue cycle management within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care setting? We’re seeking a Business Office Manager to lead our healthcare business office and support the financial operations of our client's skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. In this salaried leadership role, you will oversee accounts receivable (A/R) , UB-04 claims processing , insurance verification , billing, collections, denials, and appeals , ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement from Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and commercial insurance payers. You’ll also supervise the Business Office Coordinator and maintain compliance with CMS guidelines and healthcare regulations. Excellent compensation (salaried position) with full benefits. Key Responsibilities Manage A/R, billing, reimbursement, insurance claims, and revenue cycle functions. Process and monitor Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and private insurance claims. Review aging reports, support cash posting, and drive strong cash-flow performance . Handle denials, appeals, write-offs, adjustments, and bad-debt analysis . Oversee month-end close , financial reporting, and compliance. Lead and support the healthcare business office and Business Office Coordinator. What You Bring Experience in medical billing, healthcare finance, or SNF/LTC revenue cycle management . REQUIRED Knowledge of claims processing, UB-04 billing, insurance verification, CMS requirements, and appeals/denials . Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills in a skilled nursing setting. Ability to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all business office operations.
