Sales Operations Assistant - WYATT SEATING
Position Overview
The Sales Operations Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring smooth order fulfillment processes. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, proficient with technology, and capable of collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Order Processing & Data Entry: Receive, review, and process orders from dealers, including verifying pricing and preparing Sales Orders.
• Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Coordinate shipment bookings, relay tracking information, resolve invoice discrepancies, liaise with FedEx and other 3PL partners, and maintain accurate shipping reports.
• Production Support: Prepare pull packets and print production labels for the production team to ensure seamless workflow.
• Vendor Management: Review and approve vendor invoices in a timely manner.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, update systems, and assist with ad hoc sales operations tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle issues independently.
• Effective communication skills, particularly in collaborating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Superior time management and organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, Salesforce, and ability to quickly learn new software applications.
• Comfortable with heads-down work while maintaining productivity and quality.
