Operational Excellence:
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring seamless service, top-tier food quality, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and manage budgets, financial performance, and P&L statements to meet or exceed goals.
• Implement and uphold company policies and standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
Guest Experience:
• Elevate the guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality.
• Act as the face of the restaurant, engaging with guests to build relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Leadership & Team Development:
• Inspire, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and passion for excellence.
• Create opportunities for staff development and promote from within whenever possible.
What We’re Looking For:
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, fine-dining / upscale dining restaurant environment.
• A proven track record of managing operations, driving profitability, and leading teams to success.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• A passion for food, beverage, and hospitality, with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and thrive under pressure.
