Role Description
This full-time, on-site Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role is located in Myerstown, PA. The LPN will provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in adherence to care plans and organizational policies. Daily responsibilities include administering medications, performing routine health assessments, collaborating with healthcare providers and caregivers, documentation, and ensuring residents' physical and emotional well-being through exceptional patient care and communication.
Qualifications
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification, with active and valid Pennsylvania licensure
• Strong clinical and patient care skills, including medication administration and health assessments
• Proficiency in documenting and maintaining accurate patient records
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with residents, families, and team members
• Ability to multitask and provide care in a compassionate, patient-focused manner
• Experience in senior living, geriatric care, or a healthcare setting is a plus
