CDL A Local Yard Jockey Driver in Oley, PA
Xpressway Trucking is hiring a CDL A local yard jockey driver in Oley, PA. Drivers will be responsible for safely and efficiently spotting trailers at a customer location during overnight hours. Your keen eye and precise maneuvering will ensure smooth trailer movements, support our delivery schedules, and maintain the highest standards of safety and organization. We’re looking for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to contribute their skills to our supply chain operations.
Compensation
• Starting hourly pay based on experience: $22.00 - $26.00
• 40 - 60 hours weekly
• Overtime pay after 40 hours
• Referral bonus: $1,200 paid in increments over 1 year
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule
• Home time: Home daily!
• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
• Shift: 3rd shift starting around 9pm
• Route: Drivers will be spotting dry van trailers at a customer location
• Level of touch: No touch freight
Equipment
• Ottawa yard truck
• Automatic transmission
• Outward facing cameras
• ELD equipped with Teletrac system
Qualifications
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have CDL A license
• Must have a minimum of 6 months verifiable CDL driving experience with a clean driving record
• No DUI/DWIs, prior positive drug/alcohol test results, or refusal to test results within the past 15 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 20 miles of Oley, PA or be willing to relocate for this position
