Description:
The position involves providing therapy services in patients' homes.
Home visits will be conducted with periodic office meetings.
Reliable transportation is required, along with a current driver's license and agency-required liability insurance.
The average number of patients per day is 5-6.
Contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day.
Each type of visit and activity has a specific point value, totaling 30 points per week.
This role includes Start of Care and Follow-Up cases.
Traveling up to 75 miles from the home clinic is necessary.
Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate for travel between patient homes.
The commute to and from the first and last patient is not billable.
Local candidates are welcomed.
Some weekend availability may be required, varying by location and profession.
There may be an on-call requirement, which should be discussed during the interview.
The consultant will be using an Electronic Medical Record system.
The ideal candidate should possess home health experience.
