Your work will directly support the production of products that improve lives worldwide.What you will getAn agile career and dynamic working cultureAn inclusive and ethical workplaceCompensation programs that recognize high performanceMedical, dental, and vision insuranceAccess to our full list of global benefits at lonza.com/careers/benefitsWhat you will doTroubleshoot and repair Hard Capsule Machines (HCMs) for breakdowns and quality issuesInspect machine components for wear or damage and replace or rebuild as neededPerform preventive maintenance, verifications, and quality checks dailyRespond to trends in machine performance and qualityMaintain cleanliness of equipment and follow all safety and cGMP guidelinesCollaborate with team members and communicate effectively across all levelsSupport additional duties and mandatory overtime as business needs dictateWhat we are looking forHigh School Diploma or GED (technical degree preferred)Experience in manufacturing maintenance, mechanical or technical rolesStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentGood communication skills and attention to detailWillingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidaysCommitment to safety and quality standardsEvery day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
