Job Overview We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative interior design solutions that align with client needs and project specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion. The Interior Designer will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and vendors to deliver exceptional spaces that combine aesthetics with functionality. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive interior design concepts using software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhinoceros 3D. Create detailed drafting and construction documents utilizing CAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite. Prepare mood boards, color schemes, and material selections based on client preferences and project requirements. Manage project timelines, budgets, and contracts to ensure timely delivery within scope. Coordinate with vendors for lighting sales, renovation materials, and construction services. Oversee lighting design and remodeling projects to enhance space functionality and aesthetic appeal. Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and oversee renovation or remodeling processes. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision while providing expert guidance on interior design trends, color theory, and space planning. Assist in sales efforts by presenting design proposals and managing client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Experience Proven experience in interior design or related fields with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects. Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, and Drafting tools. Knowledge of project management practices including budgeting, contracts, renovation processes, construction coordination, and lighting sales. Familiarity with lighting design principles as well as remodeling and renovation techniques. Strong understanding of color theory and spatial planning to create visually appealing environments.
