Maintenance Lead – 2nd Shift (Sarasota, FL) Pay Rate: $40/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight Location: Sarasota, FL Experience Level: Expert Job Description We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to lead and develop a team of six maintenance technicians on our 2nd shift. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations, equipment reliability, and a safe working environment. Responsibilities include: Direct, coach, and develop a team of 6 maintenance technicians Assign tasks based on skillsets and operational priorities Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to maintain high standards of work quality and safety Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities in the CMMS system Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption to operations Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for repairs and supplies Required Skills Supervision (top skill) Strong leadership abilities Technical expertise in maintenance operations Ability to prioritize and delegate effectively Qualifications Proven track record in maintenance supervision or management Expert-level experience in maintenance practices and team leadership Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment Why Join Us?
