Position Planner/Scheduler Summary Responsible for planning and scheduling production activities and ordering materials to meet customer requirements. The position ensures smooth coordination of production plans, material flow, and inventory levels to achieve on-time delivery and operational efficiency. Essential Duties Develop and adjust production schedules based on customer orders, production changes, and equipment maintenance. Forecast material requirements and release purchase or production orders accordingly. Track maintenance schedules and coordinate work orders. Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy for raw materials and finished products. Review daily production reports and update scheduling sheets with accurate data. Identify and communicate discrepancies to supervisors and related departments. Prepare daily reports, perform document scanning, and assist with inventory audits. Support additional production control tasks as needed. Working Hours, Working style ​​​​​​Full-time, on-site position. 7:00-16:00 Overtime or short-notice work may be required depending on production demand.
