Overview: Supervise multiple convenience store/retail fuel sites across West Coast of Florida. Responsible for recruiting management candidates, implementing company policies, and developing store managers into effective leaders. The ideal candidate is keenly focused on reaching financial targets and cultivating an environment of professional excellence. District Managers must be available nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Essential Functions: Drive independently to store locations within the geographic region Develop store managers and customer service representatives through recruiting, training, and coaching Analyze P&L statements and implement operational adjustments to increase profitability Achieve site-level sales goals to maximize revenue projections Address and resolve inventory losses caused by employee or vendor theft and accounting errors Regularly audit pricing, promos, voids, and waste at each location Develop and attain budget targets for shrink, labor, supplies, cash, and lottery Review daily store reports; verify accuracy and investigate errors Resolve guest complaints; address underlying issues with associates and provide corrective training Ensure site compliance with all ordinances, laws, and health & safety standards Implement and audit product launches in coordination with the marketing team Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required Ensure site cleanliness and sanitation standards Communicate and track maintenance issue resolution Analyze sales data to identify trends in Marketing, Merchandising, and Community Relations Employ progressive discipline, coaching, and remedial training Facilitate open, honest communication between staff, management, and corporate leadership Consistently act with integrity as a respectable representative of the company Other duties as required Basic Experience & Qualifications: 18+ years of age BS/BA in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent education + professional experience 2-3 years of multi-unit management Verifiable work history and satisfactory references Valid driver license and clean driving record Exceptional written and verbal communication in English Able to stand and or/walk for extended periods of time Able to safely lift 50+ lbs to chest height Efficient time management under limited supervision Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other fundamental computer functions Adept at designing budgets and managing P&Ls Working knowledge of business development strategies and implementation Analytical and administrative aptitude Excellent customer relations Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and credit check Strongly preferred: Experience with PDI reporting software Excellent Benefits!
