We’re looking for a friendly, professional part-time receptionist to be the face of our business. This is a client-facing role with opportunities to grow into other areas of pet care for team members who want variety and hands-on experience. What You’ll Do Greet clients warmly and professionally as the first point of contact. Answer phones, manage appointments, and assist with client inquiries. Perform administrative tasks: filing, data entry, Google Suite document creation, and proofreading. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Support the team as needed — there may be opportunities to assist with hands-on dog care or grooming tasks over time (training provided). What We’re Looking For Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly demeanor. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Dog lovers welcome! While previous pet care experience isn’t required, a love of dogs is a big plus. Flexible schedule — must be available for weekends and holidays.
