Role Overview:
Provide high-quality nursing care in a post-acute facility. Shifts available: 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM. Collaborate with the care team to deliver excellent patient outcomes in a supportive, professional setting.
Requirements:
• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• Acute or rehab facility experience required
• Cerner experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
