Nurse Manager, Women and Children's Health, Full Time, First Shift
Collaborate with Leaders to develop and revise screening indicators. Provide on-site training and follow-up for performance improvement teams.
Oversee tasks such as identify improvement opportunities and goals, implement action plans and activities, monitor/assess data, evaluate performance measures and outcomes, and update procedures. Tracks and monitors data, identifies trends, and reports practice efforts regarding meeting
internal and external clinical/quality of care measures and assessments.

Required Education Or Experience
• Associate Degree required
• Minimum of two (2) years of administrative experience or equivalent in a medical or
hospital setting required
Preferred Education Or Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare related field preferred.
• Prior experience in quality, regulatory, and/or compliance highly preferred.
