Job Title: End of Line Operator
Job Description The End of Line Operator is responsible for completing delegated tasks and handling scrap with dedication and proficiency to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on position that includes handling of inventory, proper storage, and shipment transfer of material to warehouse while adhering to the compliance of all legal and safety procedures. This position works closely with the Line Manager.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for all activities and operations at the end of the line.
• Follow all current procedures regarding safety, process, and operations for cutter and/or grinder.
• Complete paperwork and conduct end of line SPC Tests every 30 minutes.
• Perform LT% checks every 15 minutes and make corrections if needed.
• Identify basic sheet faults and notify the correct personnel of issues beyond the ordinary.
• Inform the shift leader or line/operations manager of quality and process issues.
• Perform Appendix changes such as Tape, PE, barcodes, AS/AF, etc.
• Replace tape and barcodes as needed.
• Perform length and width changes.
• Perform pallet changes.
• Manage Inkjet messaging.
• Enter orders into SAP.
• Perform other duties and activities as directed.
Essential Skills • Experience as a Machine Operator in Manufacturing, Production, or Plastic environments.
• Ability to follow safe manufacturing and material handling practices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications • 6 months of manufacturing or production experience.
• Knowledge of PPF-01, 04, 09, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 categories.

Work Environment
Work as part of a team managing a line, with 270 internal employees spread over 3 buildings. The company is growing and adding a new line to support this growth. The role offers an opportunity to increase responsibilities on the line.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Smithsville, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.50/hr.
