What You'll Do:
• Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Receive and document incoming calls and requests for assistance, prioritizing responses based on urgency and protocol.
• Maintain detailed logs of all incidents, dispatch activities, and communications with site personnel.
• Coordinate with on-site security-related teams to relay important information and updates regarding incidents or ongoing situations.
• Provide customer service to site staff, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to established guidelines.
• Assist in the implementation of emergency response activities and protocols when appropriate.
• Support regular communication between site management and Allied Universal to address security-related needs and concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
