Remarketing Service Representative Location: Reading, PA About the Role: Join our dynamic Corporate Sales Center as a Remarketing Service Representative , where you’ll play a key role in supporting vehicle sales and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a fully in-office position designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about administrative excellence.
Key Responsibilities: • Handle incoming sales and customer service calls in a busy Corporate Sales Center
• Explain sales procedures and respond to customer inquiries
• Accurately input customer information into Salesforce.com
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Titles, Tax, and Asset Management
• Collaborate with field locations and internal teams
• Assist with sales transactions and related administrative tasks
• Perform various duties to ensure efficient operations of the Sales Center
• Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Top Skills & Qualifications: Call Center Experience (2+ years)
• Proven ability to manage high call volumes and resolve customer issues efficiently
• Familiarity with CRM systems, call scripts, and performance metrics
• Strong communication skills, resilience, and adaptability
Entry-Level Candidates
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related fields
• Eager to learn and grow within a corporate environment
• Tech-savvy with fresh perspectives on customer engagement
General Customer Service
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or service industries
• Friendly, solution-driven attitude with strong reliability and punctuality
Work Environment & Schedule: • Training Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Regular Shift: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM after training
• Fully in-office role

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
