Selling Branch Manager
We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Selling Branch Manager to lead our team in Sarasota, FL! This is an ideal role for an ambitious leader with a strong background in staffing sales and business development. You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of the staffing process, from generating new business to leading a successful team. This position offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
• Business Development: Actively sell and secure new client accounts through prospecting, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their staffing needs and provide effective solutions.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve branch goals and operational excellence.
• Recruitment: Oversee and participate in the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates.
• Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including P&L, budget, and performance metrics.
• Compliance: Ensure all branch activities comply with company policies and all relevant federal and state employment laws.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the staffing industry is required, with a proven track record of successful sales and business development.
• Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within the staffing or recruitment industry is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM software and a solid understanding of the sales process.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
