Pay:
• $16/hour to start
• $17/hour after 3 months
• $18/hour after 6 months

What You’ll Do • Direct motorists and guide traffic safely through work zones.
• Protect construction crews and the public.
• Set up and take down traffic control signs and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols every step of the way.
What We’re Looking For • Valid Driver’s License (required).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Previous labor experience is a plus—but not required!

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reading, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
