Product Supply Rotational Program Associate
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role are to:
• Manage complex cross-functional , inter-business, multi-area projects and relationships, to achieve desired results defined by the team;
• Identify, develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives;
• Synthesize conclusions into recommendations and work directly with product supply team(s) to implement change;
• Assess and model material and information across the product supply organization at tactical and strategic levels;
• Develop innovative solutions, approaches, methodologies and offerings that address both present and future business supply chain needs;
• Collect and ensure timely and accurate analysis of key data and metrics to identify product supply performance opportunities;
• Measure and reporton the effectiveness of business activities and operations;
• Promote best practices and provides training support across the organization Influence and manage initiatives of a complex nature involving a considerable amount of self-motivation, analytical ability and independent judgment;
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop aligned initiatives to meet current and future business needs.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
• Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree completed by June 2026 in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or another related field;
• Minimum of a 3.0 GPA;
• You are domestically mobile to relocate and rotate through three sites: Myerstown, PA, Manchester, PA and Whippany, NJ (Relocation support to be provided);
• Strong relationship and interpersonal skills;
• Collaboration and team focused;
• Demonstrated leadership (i.e. – current leaders of clubs, campus organizations, etc.);
• Digital/analytical skills: knowledge of query-based warehouse technologies;
• Emerging partnership and collaboration skills and ability to learn from and share knowledge with co-workers in a fast-paced environment;
• High level of maturity and strong willingness and demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly;
• Consistently demonstrates innovative thinking that is customer-centric;
• Excellent results orientation and agility.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2 work/internship/co-op experiences preferred.
This position will be posted until atleast December 5th, 2025.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $69,764.15 - $104,646.23. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary (or salary range) is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
