Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Sales Manager for our quartz slab showroom. You will lead showroom operations, drive sales growth, manage the staff, and ensure outstanding customer experience. You will bridge operations, design, and sales to deliver high‐quality service and achieve sales targets. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Help create agreements with fabricators so that we can sell quartz & quartzite slabs together with fabrication and installation as a bundled service. Maintain all physical showroom assets: displays, sample slabs, signage, lighting, cleanliness Manage appointment scheduling, walk‐ins, customer follow‐ups, sample delivery Train, supervise, and lead showroom sales staff; set goals, conduct reviews Work with designers, architects, contractors, homeowners to help select quartz& quartzite options; understand technical and aesthetic aspects Oversee quoting, ordering, invoicing & coordination with fabrication and delivery teams Monitor inventory, product availability, ensure slab stock is well displayed and rotated Plan and execute showroom marketing efforts & events track leads, sales, customer interactions; generate sales reports and forecasts Qualifications: 3‐5+ years in sales/management within quartz/stone/tile/showroom setting preferred Proven track record of meeting sales targets Strong leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills Technical knowledge: slab materials, finishes, installation, care Organized, detail‐oriented with ability to manage multiple task Bachelor degree is preferred Compensation: Base salary + commission or performance bonus Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Slab Sales : 3 years (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: FL 34236, USA: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
