Construction Project Manager High-End Construction & Property Management Company We are a high-end construction and property management company seeking a reliable, experienced, and hard-working Landscape Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in project management within the construction industry and be ready to take ownership of high-end residential and commercial projects from start to finish. Our project management platform is Procore, and familiarity with it is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise all Landscape construction activities alongside the onsite superintendent. Direct all trade partners to ensure timely project completion within budget and in line with quality standards and specifications. Manage and review construction schedules using Microsoft Projects. Review submittals and shop drawings with in-house project engineers. Attend project status meetings with architects and client representatives. Approve trade progress invoices through Procore and coordinate with the project accountant to generate subcontractor invoices. Participate in weekly coordination meetings with the Senior Project Manager to review pay applications, change orders, and budgets. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Landscape Construction Project Manager. In-depth knowledge of all construction disciplines, including: Landscape Hardscape Underground utilities Landscape plantings Topsoil Structural Architectural MEPS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Systems) Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Experience qualifying and reviewing shop drawings and submittals. Comfortable working in a design-build environment . Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
