Leasing and Marketing Manager - Student Housing The Leasing and Marketing Manager will assist the Property Managment team, in driving the property leasing efforts. Essential Duties and Responsibilites: Oversee leasing and marketing duties for the property Work closely with the team to maximize revenue, occupancy, resident and retention goals Responsible for new and renewed leases for units/beds, following procedures assigned Respond quickly to inquiries , questions and concerns from residents and prospects Create and generate excitement hosting and participating in community events Generate traffic and interest in outreach marketing, executing marketing plas and thinking outside the box to drive leasing efforts to hit leasing goals Qualifications: Experience leasing and marketing in a student housing apartment community working knowledge of industry standards and regulations Strong marketing skills, outreach marketing, creative marketing Strong closing ratio's, renewals and customer service Strong weitten, verbal and presentation skills Abilaity to generate excitement and interest Entrata highly preferred, coputer skills necessary Detail oriented and ability to multitask is required Be committed to the success of each associate as a member of the team Ability to train, mentor and inspire the leasing team VAlid Drivers license and reliable transportation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Experience: Property leasing - student housing: 1 year (Required) Entrada: 1 year (Required) Marketing: 1 year (Required) Outreach marketing: 1 year (Required) Training & development: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
