We’re looking for a results-driven Acquisition Director to lead our Business Development Center (BDC) operations across multiple rooftops. What You’ll Do Oversee all BDC operations group-wide — inbound/outbound lead management, appointment setting, and customer follow-up for our acquisitions business. Develop and execute strategies to increase lead conversion and vehicle acquisition. Train, coach, and motivate BDC managers and reps to deliver top-tier performance. Partner with Ownership and Marketing to align lead generation and follow-up processes. Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement process improvements. Ensure consistent CRM usage and reporting accuracy across all stores. Help with vehicle appraisals and paperwork process. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of leadership experience in automotive BDC, internet sales, or vehicle acquisition. Strong understanding of dealership operations and CRM systems (VinSolutions, or like system) Proven ability to lead teams, manage processes, and drive measurable growth.
