Graphic Merchandiser
Job Description:
Join our Athens GA team as a Graphic Merchandiser to create compelling advertising and merchandising material that drives product marketing success. The ideal candidate will be a creative professional with a strong eye for design and passion for connecting products with people.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the production and timely distribution of customer banners, table tents, display backgrounds, sales presentation. And other Point Sale (POS) materials.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to retail accounts by quickly and efficiently addressing customer issues, comments, and problems to enhance future sales opportunities.
• Analize the effectiveness of marketing and merchandising materials in the market and implement necessary adjustments to enhance quality and impact. Monitor Brewers marketing daily, update all logos and templates as needed, and achieve outdated logos appropriately.
• Ensure strict compliance with all company and retailer safety policies and procedures. Practice safe driving habits daily.
• Adhere to all established department and company rules, policies, and procedures, as well as all local, state, and federal laws pertaining to sale of beer.
• Manage and maintain sufficient inventory levels to meet demand for sign requests.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the branch print room daily.
• Perform other duties at the discretion of management to support department and organizational goals.
Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Monday.com CRM management and Microsoft Power Point.
• Experience in design software, including Corel Draw, Photoshop and Inkscape.
• Understanding of graphic design principles.
Qualifications:
• Must have an associate degree or 1-2 years of previous experience in graphic merchandising/large format printing.
• Strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills.
• Flexibility to work during holidays.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and feedback.
• Ability prioritize and manage multiple project requests and workflow effectively.
Physical Requirements :
• Prolonged periods of walking and driving.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
