Site Manager {MUST HAVE TRANSFER STATION EXPERIENCE OR LANDFILL}
We seek a motivated Site Manager to oversee operations at Ecosouth Florida LLC in Nokomis, FL. This crucial role offers an annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000, reflecting our commitment to sustainable practices and environmental stewardship. Compensation

Responsibilities
This will be a supervisor role and will entail the following, but not limited to MUST HAVE TRANSFER STATION EXPERIENCE OR LANDFILL
• Supervise employees on daily tasks and improvements
• Review Equipment Inspection Reports Daily
• Become knowledgeable of Operation Plans, County Contract
• Maintain Site and Employee Safety
• Become Knowledgeable of recyclable materials and how to process materials
• Deliver Monthly/Weekly Safety Meetings
• Maintain Good County Relations
• Computer skills to Input Daily tonnage, Revenue, and Recycling spreadsheets
• Close communication with the General Manager
• Maintain Facility Infrastructure
• Produce monthly tonnage reports
• Follow company policies and procedures, and be able to adapt to changes
Qualifications
• Experience operating equipment such as a Loader, an Excavator, and a Dump truck is preferred. Proficiency in using a Horizontal grinder is a plus
• Must be self-driven and safety-oriented
• Ability to effectively communicate with Employees, Customers, County, and Supervisor is essential
• Strong problem-solving skills are required
• Knowledgeable in Equipment Maintenance
• Supervisory experience is necessary
• Goal-oriented mindset is crucial for this role
