Land Acquisition Manager – Sarasota, FL (On-site)
You will: Lead the identification, evaluation, and negotiation of land opportunities for residential development. Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to support acquisition decisions. Collaborate with engineering, construction, and finance teams to assess site feasibility and prepare investment proposals. Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and landowners to drive a consistent pipeline of deals.
Retail/restaurant site selection, or residential land acquisition both encouraged to apply!
This is a fully in-office role requiring strong market insight, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
