Regional Business Office Manager (BOM) Job Description: As the Regional Business Office Manager (BOM), you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the business office operations for your assigned locations. Your primary responsibility will be to lead, train, guide, and supervise the business office staff to ensure efficient and effective operations. The Regional Business Office Manager (BOM) will be instrumental in streamlining processes, clarifying expectations, and equipping each building with the necessary tools to achieve their objectives. This position requires regular travel to various locations within the designated region. Regional Business Office Manager (BOM) Job Duties: BOM Training: Ensure each Business Office Manager (BOM) is confident and proficient in their responsibilities, offering training as needed. BOM Coverage: Provide temporary coverage or oversight during BOM vacancies or absences. BOM Hiring/Interviewing: Lead or support the recruitment and interviewing process for BOM positions. BOM Guidance: Offer mentorship, support, and direction to BOMs to ensure optimal performance and development. BOM Accountability: Hold BOMs accountable for their duties, ensuring compliance and timely execution of responsibilities. Month-End Audits: Conduct audits at month-end to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with internal controls. Software Adoption Audits: Monitor and audit the use of company software tools to ensure full adoption and correct usage. Medicaid Pending & Collections Review: Regularly review the status of Medicaid pending applications and collections. Scheduled and Ongoing Reviews: Conduct reviews both on a scheduled basis and throughout the month to track performance and identify issues. Information Sharing: Collaborate and communicate regularly with the operations team to align strategies and share critical updates.
