Foster relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Lead business development initiatives to explore new markets and enhance product offerings. Experience Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in technology or D2D and B2B environments. Demonstrated management experience with a track record of leading successful sales teams. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels. Experience in account management with a focus on building long-term client relationships. Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities and performance metrics. Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
