Duties and Responsibilities Conducts initial assessments, including diagnosis according to standards published in the current edition of the DSM, of new and existing consumers. Develops a treatment plan that is recovery-oriented and tailored to the specific needs of the consumer for whom it is written. Conducts individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy using generally accepted techniques employed in a manner consistent with ethical standards of practice. Attend clinical supervision and/or team meetings as applicable and required. Participates in the agency and program-specific quality assurance and improvement plans. Cooperates and collaborates with other members of the team in a manner which promotes the growth and healthy development of consumers served and the agency. Maintains clinical records according to agency standards and system requirements for each consumer assigned. Appropriately plans for and coordinates continuity of care of consumers. Reports all unusual incidents, accidents, conflicts of interest, or other issues potentially problematic to the agency, staff, or consumer(s) promptly to the Outpatient Director. Coordination and clinical services in the school setting. Facilitate referrals for additional mental health services as needed. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Prefer master’s degree in human services field with an LPC, LMFT, or LSW Knowledge of Co-Occurring disorders preferred.
