POSITION SUMMARY Position Summary: The physician recruiter is responsible for marketing assigned physician and midlevel searches/needs to its respective candidate pool with the number one priority being sourcing leads, responding to leads, and cold calling. Additional responsibilities include working with suppliers to place Web site listings, print advertising, completing direct mail campaigns, coordinating and attending regional physician career fairs. Maintains constant source of information relating to new physician and midlevel contacts, and takes appropriate and timely measures to recruit these candidates. Must have knowledge of the Salina community, surrounding patient markets, and the medical community and be familiar with marketing/public relations and results driven sales techniques. Must be familiar with the SRHC system, clinics/hospital/medical staff, and the many services it provides. Also responsible for onboarding of SRHC system providers and retention events and activities. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education Associate's Degree in healthcare, marketing, sales or related field Bachelor's degree in healthcare, marketing, sales, or related field preferred Minimum Experience Experience with recruitment, public relations, marketing, sales, or human resources experience in a health care or business setting preferred Physician or executive recruitment experience preferred Required Registration/License/Certification Valid Kansas driver's license with a clear driving record Location: Salina Regional Health Center ยท Physician Recruitment Schedule: Full Time, Day Shift, Typically M-F. Will require some evenings and some weekends
