Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude. Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Manage phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the hotel’s services and amenities. Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests. Promote hotel services, including dining options, recreational activities, and local attractions to enhance guest experience. Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of hospitality. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Previous experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred but not mandatory. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. Experience in guest relations and services is highly desirable. Familiarity with front desk operations and reservation systems is a plus. Bilingual abilities are an advantage, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
