Duties Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. Conduct market research to provide clients with accurate property valuations and market trends. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms. Prepare property listings and marketing materials to attract potential buyers or renters. Organize open houses and property showings to showcase listings to prospective clients. Manage administrative tasks related to real estate transactions, including paperwork and documentation. Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions. Requirements Proven experience in customer service with a strong focus on client satisfaction. Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks is highly desirable.
