Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
• Recruiting and supporting blood drive sponsors across various sectors.
• Setting collection goals and coordinating drive schedules.
• Coaching volunteer chairs to maximize donor turnout.
• Analyzing donor group performance and developing strategies for improvement.
• Prospecting new donor groups and maintaining CRM records.
• Delivering presentations and attending networking events.
• Collaborating with the sales team to enhance organizational results.
Education
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate degree in an appropriate field required.
Experience
• Minimum of four years in account management, administrative operations, or blood banking.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Skills And Abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and donor management software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and meet established goals.
• Effective problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Licenses/Certifications
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
