C & C Janitorial, LLC d/b/a C& C Janitorial Services, located at 102 S Main Street, Winterville, GA 30683, phone No: (706) 742-7055, and email address charmaine@wecleanathens.com is looking to fill Janitor & Cleaner positions in Winterville, GA. This is a temporary, full-time peak-load need position and we are looking to fill 8 job openings for employment from April 1, 2022, to November 30, 2022. The duties: Sweep, mop, vacuum floors using brooms, mops, and vacuum cleaners. Gather and empty trash. Clean restrooms using wipes and sponges. No Education or prior work experience is required. The work will be performed in multiple worksites in Winterville including the counties of Clarke, Madison, Oconee, and Oglethorpe. Rate of Pay: Workers will be paid no less than $10.10/hour, at least 45hrs/week. Mon-Fri., 8:00 AM to 5:00 P.M. (Morning Shift) OR 5:00 P.M. to 2:30 A.M. (Evening Shift) (the schedule varies). Overtime is available as needed. The overtime rate of pay is at least $15.15 per hour. Guarantee and Frequency of pay: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages when due; the pay period is every two weeks; the employer will make all payroll deductions required by law and will not make any deductions, which are not required by law. Lodging Information: Subsidized housing is available at a cost of $350 per month (except for phone and internet the rent includes all other utilities) depending on the unit type (i.e., number of beds in the unit and the number of people living in the unit.) The worker is responsible for paying the subsidized housing cost each month. Monthly rent is not deducted from the workers pay. Inbound Transportation: Workers are responsible for daily transportation to the designated pickup location at the Winterville, Georgia office location at 102 S. Main Street, Winterville, GA 30683. Employer will then provide each work crew with daily transportation among the worksite locations in Clarke, Madison, Oconee, and Oglethorpe counties. Daily subsistence (daily meals) will be provided at a rate of $13.17 per day during travel to a maximum rate of $55.00 per day with receipts. Outbound Transportation: Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide workers of return transportation back to the designated drop-off location at the Winterville, Georgia office location at 102 S. Main Street, Winterville, GA 30683. Upon returning to the main office location, workers are responsible for daily transportation to the housing units or their own place of abode. Statement of Reimbursement: The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, flight fee, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. Employers Provision of Tools, Equipment & Supplies at no Cost: The employer will provide workers at no charge with all cleaning supplies to perform the job. Three-fourths guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least threefourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
