Job Description As an HVAC Service Manager at AMSCO, you will oversee a group of service technicians while working in the field on a variety of different HVAC equipment. Our ideal candidate will be well rounded with a combination of both technical expertise and the ability to delegate responsibilities to their staff as needed. Job Requirements & Expectations In order to be a successful HVAC Area Service Manager at AMSCO, you will need to have the following skills and abilities: 10+ years of experience in HVAC service, from DX to Chillers Knowledge of HVAC principles and practices, including service hour estimation and labor forecasting The ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once prioritizing issues appropriately Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a staff of varying skill sets by consistently putting them in situations where they are most likely to succeed Oversees that all assigned tasks are being completed in a timely manner Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service skills, proactively addressing customer issues/concerns while forging long lasting customer relationships Knowledge of jobsite safety, ability to oversee work activities to ensure safe work practices and safety rule compliance High school diploma, GED, or completion of trade program or technical school Benefits Available 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Salary Negotiable Based On Experience Level Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
