**Key Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the fire protection industry.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders, with or without accommodation.
- Strong mechanical background is advantageous.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction setting.
- Willing to pass a post-offer drug test and background check.
- NICET certification preferred but not mandatory.
