About This Role
• Data Quality & Transfer: Review and verify accuracy and completeness of utility asset data exchanged between Asset Management, GranitNet™, EIT, and related teams
• Liaison Role: Serve as a key contact between EIT, Capital Projects, and other departments to ensure consistent alignment of asset data across systems
• Data Integrity: Identify, resolve, and correct discrepancies, errors, or omissions in asset data before uploading to management systems
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure inspections comply with NASSCO standards and Utility Asset Management Plan requirements
• CCTV Review: Analyze wastewater collection system CCTV footage to assess condition, compliance, and maintenance needs
• Risk & Capital Planning: Recommend corrective actions and prioritize Capital Improvement Projects based on inspection results and asset risk profiles
• Reporting: Prepare timely, accurate reports summarizing data quality, compliance audits, and CCTV findings to meet regulatory and management requirements
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with GIS, project management, and operations teams to ensure seamless data flow and consistent asset information
• Process Improvement & Oversight: Develop and maintain document templates, audit processes, and business practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and risk management
• Project Management: Lead and oversee asset management initiatives, flow monitoring, infrastructure assessments, and rehabilitation programs, ensuring delivery of County objectives
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
About You
Minimum Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field AND seven (7) years in capital improvement (CIP) experience or job-related professional experience
• -OR- Master's degree in a related field AND six (6) years in capital improvement (CIP) experience or job-related professional experience
• -OR- Project experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis depending on the type of experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification for PACP, MACP & LACP through NASSCO and/or demonstrated knowledge of structural assessments
• Two (2) or more years of supervisory experience over utility collections
About Everything Else
Starting Pay Range: $83,000.00 - $103,000.00/ annually, based on experience
