We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead product development and sustaining engineering efforts. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for a well-rounded engineer with deep expertise in electrical design and firmware development.
🔧 What You’ll Do • Lead new product development from concept to production
• Design electrical architecture, schematics, and firmware for complex instruments
• Collaborate on project schedules, budgets, and resource planning
• Troubleshoot and support legacy products
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to cross-functional teams
• Maintain engineering documentation and procedures
🎓 What You Bring • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Master’s or PhD preferred)
• 10+ years in electrical design (PCB, schematic capture)
• 5+ years in firmware development (C/C++, Python)
• Experience with microcontrollers (ARM, AVR, PIC)
• Strong analog/digital circuit design and signal processing skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
⭐ Bonus Skills • Embedded programming experience
• Background in life sciences or bioengineering
• Project management certification
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Experience with SysPro and Smart Sheets
