Job Summary
Customer Success is an integral part the Penske Digital Experience. They are the driving force behind ensuring the successful use, adoption, and retention of our products and services. Working with our customers, this team ensures we’re building products that our customers love. The Project Manager for Customer Success will help to enable, mature, and scale our Customer Success Program by work closely with the Manager, Customer Success Operations, and various cross-functional teams on projects and strategic initiatives for Customer Success.
Job Description
We are looking for an energetic self-starter to take the initiative for the coordination and alignment of stakeholders, systems, and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and provide desired outcomes. This individual will need to be an effective communicator who is comfortable working with all levels of our organization.
This individual will be responsible for managing multiple projects to ensure the thoughtful implementation of various technologies, initiatives, processes. They will work side by side with our Operations team to ensure the flawless execution of both innovative and tactical projects that lift and mature the Customer Success team and program.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with key stakeholders to understand needs, challenges, and desired outcomes.
Work side-by-side with core and cross-functional project team to define, prioritize, and execute on project deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, in scope, and withing budget.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Provide regular and consistent project updates.
Tracking and reporting on project blockers and escalate as needed.
Manage relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and internal customers.
Conduct effective presentations.
Regular and predictable attendance.
Other duties/responsibilities as assigned by manager.

Compensation:
$75K
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
